When you’re good at what you do, you attract more business. Operating with excellence has this side effect, even more so when you are a specialist. Here’s a story of a family run contracting business based in the far north West of WA. Every day, they worked with the clients providing specialist mechanical and fabrication services. One day through their hard work they landed a massive contract to supply services to a large mining operator. What an amazing opportunity you would think.
